It wiil be nice that admin have tomake a rule that at least  3 pearson should come online it will be good and then the forum  will be not a boreing place till it is if other thaught i am wrong so they can say but when a single person sat on froum then he will become bore

Well, it depends only on the user's wish whether he wishes to be online or not. I can't go to everyones house and say/order him to be online. He/she has his/her own choice regarding it.

There are some ways to post out.
1. All posts must be in english except special case.
2. Post size should not be one liner.
3. Post should not be of repeated sense. Have something new.
4. Visit every forum and topic for better performace.
5. Write clearly and properly.
6. Use words with picas also.

I will note them down. As for the 4th suggestion, it isn't possible for everyone to visit each and every place. Those users who don't know about comics can't come there to do something and same with others. But the remaining are quite good. The last point is most important.

Your thoughts are right, but it is unimportant as someof the users will start those threads which are not important and will invite users to spam. Thus, it is not required.

That won't help us to reduce spamming. For that a particular usergroup is allowed to create topics. Hope you are clear on these facts.
